Yoga for Athletes
In these yoga sessions we'll train your body to optimize it for your favorite sport and to prevent injuries.
Traditional yoga poses and exercises meet principles from sports science and physical therapy. Perfect as cross-training or to help your recover after an injury.
You can expect about half an hour of intense training and challenging poses, followed by half an hour of total relaxation. The best of both worlds.
With a background in physical therapy, personal training and acrobatics, Tom always provides a challenge tailored to your needs.
Poses are adapted to your level and goals. Thanks to this personalized approach this session is open to all levels.
